Most professional home renovation crew I've ever had the pleasure knowing.
Toby, Melvin and the CPIA Home Renovations team tackled a decent sized remodel for several rooms in our house. They were excited about the vision we had and brainstormed with us on the best way to get there. The accommodations for our timeline were generous. They went out of their way to make everything right and in line with what we wanted. Excellent finished product, and we highly recommend them!
These guys are great and do it all. They come when they say they will and are very friendly and will advise the best course. Planning on them for other projects!

Toby and his company are what I would expect when bringing in home services. He showed up to repair roof damage that was quicker than two other roofing specialist companies were, and got it done the same day vs. the two week quote I previously received. I would recommend them to anyone.
We were so happy with the service from Melvin and Hugo! We ran into some complications with our shower remodel that added an entire day to the project but they did it with a smile and assured me they were just focused on getting a result we are happy with. Thanks guys!

First thing I would like to say is Thank You to Toby and his crew. I have gone through a few remodels and have never had a contractor quote an estimate and time frame and actually meet it. Toby was great to work with and provided excellent information on why I should or shouldn't do certain things, which was a great help in making the right choices for the remodel. He was always easy to reach when additional questions would arise, and if he was tied up at the time, I would always receive a call back. I WOULD highly recommend CPIA HOME RENOVATIONS it will be the first time you will enjoy your remodel. Thanks again Toby and crew.
Toby and Melvin did a fantastic job on our living room renovations. My husband and I spent a long time and talked to many companies before we found CPIA. After the difficulty in finding a company interested in doing our project, it was a relief when Toby and Melvin were excited to take it on! They painstakingly scraped/stripped white latex paint off our original 1930s solid oak wall library, stained and refinished it. (Other companies told us to demolish it and rebuild it with cheap materials, because it would be too much work to refinish it). Toby also worked with us to design and build a beautiful solid oak window bench that looks like it fits perfectly with the original bookcase. They communicated well with us throughout the entire process, paid attention to the details, and took their time and did high quality work. We are so happy with how it turned out! I highly recommend CPIA! Thank you so very much Toby and Melvin! Appreciate your hard work!
Phenomenal! From communication to end the result everything was knocked out of the park! The care shown within the work blew my mind. These gentleman not only cleaned up after themselves, they also showed care and respect for my pets while working in our home. Yes, this is a business but Toby & Melvin treat you like family. So blessed to have stumbled upon these two!
CPIA Home renovations put my roof and new seamless gutters on last week. They did it quickly and efficiently. Everything was done with excellence. Toby Johns was great at communicating with me and taking care of everything. Trustworthy and quick. I can't wait to have my bathroom remodeled by CPIA! CPIA did an amazing job on our churches new railing, pillars and entry way! I have them on speed dial for other random work at the church. They are reliable, produce quality and they are quick.
